Surfboard design is forever changing, whether it be the construction techniques used or the shapes we surf, there is always something going on to tempt us to try new horizons.
The latest in design is from a collaboration between Global Surf Industries and Tom Wegener. Here old meets new with the ancient Hawaiian style Alaia boards being developed into a more user friendly, absolutely radical SLX cosntruction pocket rocket called the Seachange project. The two models are the 5'3" Mini Tuna and the 6'2" Tuna. Yyou can check them out on the GSI page by following this link www.surfindustries.com/surfboards/seaglass_tuna.php and hear Tom talkinig about the boards in the Bennett Showroom in our Surfboards News article..news_articles/the_seaglass_project.html
